Responsible for the operations of a large program or center at the university. Oversees staff, budgets, and projects.
Oversees a large department, program or center.
Manages budget and engages in strategic planning to ensure all goals are met.
Hires and directs the activities of staff. Resolves personnel issues as they arise.
Engages in budget-planning, grant oversight, and policy development.
Implements new programs and projects, and monitors ongoing activities of department or center.
Reviews department policies and processes and implements improvements as needed.
Represents department or center to internal and external constituents.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Bachelors and 7 years experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None.

This position will be responsible for:
*Overseeing the marketing for the Bauer Graduate and Professional Programs Office
*Planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, including new marketing campaigns and branding initiatives in response to changing market conditions. May work closely with the graduate recruitment team on these initiatives
*Serving as a resource to the Associate Dean, graduate faculty, college and/or central administration regarding successful marketing practices
*Promoting and conducting market research for the college's graduate programs
*Creating content for department websites or brochures
A master's degree and experience in higher education are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills, experience in digital marketing, and experience in working with marketing agencies. Knowledge of large contracts (RFP's, MSA, ITB), Salesforce, and CRM a plus.
